By accessing or using ScaleEazy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ScaleEazy.

To use ScaleEazy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Represent a legitimate business entity registered in India
• Have valid GST registration
• Have authority to enter into binding contracts

When registering, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems
• Using automated tools to scrape data
• Violating applicable laws or regulations

Payment Terms

• Upfront payment required for new customers
• Net-30 terms available for verified customers
• Payment via bank transfer, credit card, or UPI
• GST applicable as per Indian tax laws

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund within 2 hours of order placement
• 25% restocking fee after production starts
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

All products meet specified quality standards. Report defects within 48 hours for replacement or full refund.

ScaleEazy acts as a marketplace. We are not liable for supplier performance, product quality, or delivery delays beyond our control.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration conducted in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, false information, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
